Great training run! Was supposed to do 1mi w.u., 3mi tempo btw 8:35-8:45, 1mi c.d. Felt a bit out of practice so did 1mi ST intervals w/ 400m RI instead. Feeling pretty good about my 8:21, 8:24, and 8:13 interval splits.
