    Icky. Felt hot. Q1: 2mi warm up, 4x12min<8:30/mi, 2min recovery, 2mi cool down. Adjusted tempo pace to effort, roughly 10-15sec slower. Felt good. I thought HR was gonna be way out of range, but it worked out just fine :) On a side note, I did just realize that I randomly swapped all of JD's Q1's w/ the Q2's. I guess my brain likes scheduling Medium Long Workouts before my Long Run.
