    10x1min uphill, "hard", jog back down. Was supposed to run a total of 7mi but failed to tack on the remaining distance. A bit windier by the Douro than I expected. Almost fell over at one point. Had to pause, walk, resume. Maybe try and make up for it in another run. Glutes are gonna be sooorre.
