Intervals. A bit wonky, but weeeeeee! Legs were happy to do something challenging. I felt a bit ridiculous running so fast on slippery dirt trail, but what the heck. Also, tried running with Miles this morning, but didn't pan out today. Maybe he'll have better luck this weekend.
