    Paused to do drills: A-Skip, B-Skip, and Buttkicks. Trying to improve overall form for better turnover and speed. Man, it is exhausting to constantly think about my knee drive (and lack thereof). Definitely felt tired today. Not the best night's sleep. Hips felt good. Legs were heavy pre-drills, but great after.
