Ran based on HRR. Tried pretty hard to keep it under 75%HRR, which was challenging because it was so damn hot. First run with the Kinvaras that didn't feel like a stretch for my calves. Just passed 20mi on these. I think the trick was to NOT run two back to back 4-milers on them.
