Really meant to be a recovery run, but I couldn't keep my HR down. I'm definitely either overtraining or just really not getting enough sleep. Can't get a single good night's sleep. Really uncomfortable bed. Sigh. Ah well, maybe I can catch up on rest by taking more naps.
