    Easy 15k. 7 days in a row isn't so good for quality runs. Also discovered that taking the Elizabeth River Trail the whole way is shorter than my 'shortcut' through Ghent. This was really an 8mi route. I had to double back around the Hague and circle around Freemason to turn this into 15k.
